| Heck fire! We all slide sometime or other. If we didn't we wouldn't be human. It doesn't mean you abandoned the whole diet! You're fine! Jump back in with both feet and enjoy the ride! Glad you are back!

I've been in this since January and sometimes happens. You just have to move on. ![]() My advice is not to start tomorrow but today! Don't have a high carb lunch or dinner. Go for something Atkins-friendly. It will make you feel much better, and knowing that you're back on track NOW and not LATER will lift your spirits.

| Great idea to get involved with a challenge. It will give you something to focus on, it will give you something to do...this will help you get your eyes off the disappointing slide and into the progressive swing upward! You go girl, shake off the bad, and start building up the good!

I agree 100% that the Exercise Challenges are the unexpected "silver bullet" in this WOL since they get you moving, toning, getting stronger physically and mentally.
