| Hi Jen, You sound a lot like me - I lost 25 lbs. in 2003 but have gained it all back and am ready to start for the last time. I think reality really hit me tonight as I was trying to find something to wear to a semi-formal dinner and absolutely nothing fits and I have rolls where I have never had rolls! I have cleaned out the fridge and have what I think I need to get thru the first few days of induction. I'm not a big vegetable fan, so it will be a little hard, but I did it before and I can do it again! Good luck and I hope to post regularly. Deb |
