| Here is a good place to start when looking for recipes. (Never ending induction recipes)Never ending induction recipes - Atkins Diet Here are a couple more Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home Sheila's Low Carb, Atkins & Induction Friendly *ORIGINAL* Recipes Page! I hope you are enjoying being back on Atkins. As far as my shopping list goes I get the following water bottle, large eggs bacon different types of meat (I buy lots on the weekend and cook all at once) cheese ( I buy the "hunk" cheese in 16 oz blocks) Monterey is my fav. flax meal heavy cream decaf coffee decaf tea broth/bouillon olive oil vinegar butter, unsalted (no margarine) lettuce, green leaf is my favorite cucumber (plain slices are refreshing cold) bell pepper celery arugula broccoli (watch the carbs on this one!) cauliflower cabbage sauerkraut spinach tuna mayo (Dukes is the only one I can find with no sugar) herbs (great for adding flavor to meats) splenda, liquid if you can find it cream cheese vanilla extract Well, I'm sure I have forgotten something. Just check the book for a more thorough list and it has lots more veggies, I just don't like a lot of them. Good luck!

| Hi, Jennifer and welcome back! You sound really determined this time ... go for it! After decades of it, I'm sick of cooking, so I keep it as simple as I can ... eggs for breakfast (w/maybe some cheese, or bacon, or turkey sausage); some kind of meat with a salad at lunch; some kind of meat or maybe salmon, with a green veggie for dinner ... not exactly super exciting, but I'm back on Induction and really need to keep it simple and, as you say, clean! Plus, it makes meal planning a no-brainer and my husband doesn't mind ... I just add "sides" to whatever I'm cooking, since he's not doing Atkins

| Hrm. I usually flip through a cookbook before I hit the grocery store so I can kind of plan out meals for the week. Here's my list from this week (because yes, I make grocery lists before going): Salmon fillets (I spread mayo on top, then cover with cajun seasonings, pepper and salt before baking) Tilapia (Brown butter in a baking dish - in the oven - add a couple cloves of chopped garlic, then put the tilapia on top and cook that way) Artichokes (to steam then dip in butter) Pumpkin puree (for chili-lime pumpkin) Crab meat, parmesan and various herbs (for some crab patties) Chicken breast (for some sesame chicken) Cajun Blue cheese burgers (cause they're delicious) Spinach (salads are good for you) Frozen green beans, spinach, broccoli and cauliflower (because veggies are required) Butter (because I go through it quickly) Eggs (same story) Lite cream cheese (cause it's still the same under 1 carb but less calories and I can make cheesecake muffins for breakfast without so much guilt) Tyson Buffalo Wings (frozen - cause they're not breaded and delicious) Heavy cream and sugar free jello (this is my dessert and *not* recommended for clean eating) I also make up meals and freeze them for ease so it's not like, I'm a total piggy and will eat all of this immediately.

| Heya, my shopping list looks similar to those above except I buy LOTS of veggies. Red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, onions, cucumber, zucchini, green beans, brussels sprouts, mushrooms are my staples. Also sour cream for adding to vegetable sautes. Canned pumpkin. My personal opinion is that long term success comes from learning to enjoy fresh vegetables. No one ever got fat from eating too many vegetables (unless you just eat potatoes). Meat and cheese and fats are way too boring for me to eat at every meal. Give me my veggies! And there are lots of cool ways to cook them, some recipes in the book, on the forums here, and at Linda's Low Carb. Also check out George what's his name the low carb chef, on the web. Have fun with it, and good luck. Planning is definitely the key.

| Good point. I was actually wondering how you have that much variety in one week and whether like, you combined things - you know, sausage, butter, broccolli, beef, lamb, and chicken into a crockpot and made a farm dinner or something.
