I am alive and well.

Going to work in a little bit... and getting more and more excited for the gym I signed up for to open!!!

My son's dad left for Alabama for 6 months today... so that will be a stressor I need to deal with, but I will be good. (I'm not with him, but we're good friends and he sees Aidan a lot)...

Other than that, I'm feeling good, waking up better again, and excited about Atkins... I'll probably make a casserole later to divide up for bfast for the week... Maybe hamb-broc-alfredo or something?

I hope everyone has a GREAT Tuesday!!!

morning!

as per usual, I get sick to death of all food, want sugar, don't have it, then have a tiny whoosh, then no longer feel crave-y. 2 lbs gone since yesterday morning! yay! I realized how MEDICATING sugar is for me. when I eat enough of it, I feel doped up and can't think so much about stuff that's bothering me. I guess I just need to start doing drugs instead! JUST KIDDING! hehehe! but yeah, that was an interesting little ephiphany.

mom2many, I saw in the other thread that you asked about my back. I was doing a jumping drill, landed, and my feet FLEW out from under me, causing me to land, hard, on my lower back. OUCH! talk about scary, my spine made popping noises, plus it knocked the wind out of me. so yeah, that's why I'm now off skates for the next while!

anyhoo! have a loverly morning/day/evening, all!

Ok...well it has been way too long since I have been on here and let me tell you the scale is showing it (I am at my highest wieght ever (not including being pregnant but not too far off that!)! Today is my first day on track and I AM going to do this!! I need to!! I do not want to fail again! THe first time I did this I used this board all the time and lost 30 pounds...It was a key factor to helping me stay on track! I have also jsut gotten a mini trampoline that I am excited about using!! Well I just wanted to say hi and get started on the right track!! I see a couple familiar face around still which is always nice.

Hey, Steady, I am so sorry to hear that. I am looking forward to skating again with my girls.. no derby though! Can you find a pool to swim in? great exercise and would rehab your back nicely, I would think.

Having an awesome day. Had an awesome dinner, fajita meat and veggies topped with a bit of sour cream. Yum! Pant are about to fall off me. Thank goodness it is almost the end of the month, hope I can find some more at Goodwill's $1.49 sale! I can still swing my skirt, but these pants are getting ridiclous.
