| I think as long as it doesn't spark even worse cravings then it should be fine. I count each piece of gum as 1 carb, even if it's not. |

| I love gum, love it, love it...but I don't do it right now b/c it really is better FOR ME to keep the sweet taste out of my mouth. Just look at the sweetener used, avoid aspartame, sorbitol tastes good to me but not much causes diarrhea.... Aspartame is a common staller-of-weight-loss .... good luck and happy chewing, it's great for getting rid of the ketosis breath thing...
