Good Morning, I started out my day with a Mushroom/onion omlette & coffee. I feel pretty good. I may have an obstacle to climb tomorrow, My dh and I are going top a halloween party at a friends house with lots of food and drink. I know I can do it, I just need some encouragement. HELP!!  Shell

Raining here in "sunny" FL, too ... but we need it. What the weatherman calls "a good old-fashioned soaking"  Tomorrow's my slug day and I'm definitely looking forward to that! No gym, no nothin' ... well, ok, maybe a few crunches
