| Welcome back, Dave. You should be feeling better real soon and the cravings should be gone too. About the fat, Atkins is a high fat diet so don't try to do low fat because it won't work as well. There is a point between tons of fat and just enough and you should know it when you get there by the way you feel and the amount you're losing. Track you carbs and don't worry too much about the fat at first. As you move up through the rungs, you will be cutting some of the fat as you start eating more carbs so you don't stay on the high fat forever. Good luck and keep us posted! |

| Your fat doesn't have to come from fatty meats. Try really good oils like grapeseed, olive, etc. and eat butter and cream, olives, avocados, etc. Welcome!
