| gmorning Zarabelle and everyone else! Great morning here. Weighed in this morning (even though its Tuesday, I didnt have a scale available yesterday for my one week weigh) I went from 205 to 195.6! I'm loving how I feel. I can already see a difference in how I look! and I found out that if I use even a tiny bit of sweet and low brand sweetner I have carb cravings from ****. I wont be touching that stuff. Yesterday was dreadfully hard to stay legal, but I DID IT!

| Hi Zara, Congrats on your weight loss and your cardio gains! How do you do your cardio? I'm a bike and treadmill kinda girl, mostly. I am hanging around here waiting for this day to be OVER. It's day 2 of Induction and I have Atkins flu already. I know from past experience it won't last long, and I will feel TONS better. But that doesn't help how I feel today, lol. It's nice to have this board to hang out on today to remind me that this, too, shall pass.I find posts like yours encouraging I'm looking forward to my energy returning. My workouts have been rather uninspiring as of late.People used to call me the energizer bunny, before I fell off the Atkins WOE wagon. I SO know what you mean about how important those small time gains are! I used to work out for 45-50 minutes. Now it's all I can do to work out for 30 minutes. |

| Good morning all, watching House reruns and quilting today. Not a good 'tom' for weighing so I probably won't until next week! Feeling good and enjoying the lovely weather!

| Hello everybody -- it's a good day here in California. We had some rain last night and this morning, which I love! I'm feeling really good, almost at the end of my first week of induction. I'm at work and have a ton of induction friendly food in my refrigerator (roast beef, cucumbers, lettuce, ranch dressing, cheese). I had eggs and bacon for breakfast -- yummo! Have a great day, Tammy |

| Hello my fellow Atkineers ~ Day 15 and now doing extended induction. All is well but finding out I might be having a reaction to eggs. I thought it was just because of the diet change but it seems like everytime I eat eggs I get a stomach ache. This would stink big time considering I eat them all the time and every day. I wonder if it would be horrible to add some sunflower seeds to my diet and keep everything else the same???? I would love them on top of a salad. Anyways, I hope all of you in the states got out and voted today. To all of you still doing induction...Keep on Keepin' on!
