ALRIGHT.

What the eff is going on?! Why are we losing people?? I swear there's so few people in rollcalls anymore!!!

If you notice someone who you used to see here not posting now, go email them, or message them, or hunt down their myspace and get their butts back. We can't lose our buddies!! Friends don't let friends fail!

Other than that, I am good. I'm off to go buy some ketostix in a minute, because apparently my old bottle is M.I.A. then doing some exercise and then shower then I have to move my step-dad's things out of his apartment back into my mom's house (they've been divorced 5 years and are reconciling )

Hi!
okay, checking in. I've had a frustrating week as I had one little cheat last week and I gained and it took all week to get it off. Today I'm down another lb though so I'm happy about that. I added yogurt this week too because I was all messed up tummy wise after a round of antibiotics. It seems like it's helped emmensely though... no more tummy cramps. yah!

Can you believe there's only 2 more weeks til thanksgiving? eek!

Hi there! Thought I'd check in as well. Today been going okay so far, nothing exciting happening round here. My son still has the pink-eye, so he's home. I just finished my workout and tonight will be going dancing and having a girls' night out, so that should help burn off a few more calories.
Have been sticking real well to the diet today, no cheats at all, so I'm proud of myself. Probably gonna have an omelete in a few as a late lunch.. I'm still suffering from a cold and have some fluid still in my lungs, so sleeping at night is awful which makes me sleep in later in the day.. so I get behind on my meals.

Anyways, hope everyone has a great Friday! Woo hoo for the weekend!

I'm here but this is the first roll call I've been in. (Having just returned this week).

Just a quick thanks to anyone on here who has been so incredibly supportive. The cookie dough in the fridge is calling my name but I'm turning a deaf ear!

Late checking in~~I'm actually on my way to bed. Still sick but feeling better. Both my son & daughter have been very ill with a stomach bug. The baby was sick & luckily the other 2 grandkids were spared.

Good day for me food & H20 wise. Did some stretching as I can lay on the floor! Spent time in my sewing room having fun. Tomorrow I'm getting together with some friends to sew & visit.
