| Wow, thank you so much for writing! I am doing well!!! This is week four. I am down 16 pounds.. The first 8 was the first week.. then 6 the next.. and the last couple of weeks have been a slow go. I've lost over an inch (minimum) everywhere! I am still plugging |

| No, no challenges yet. It's hard getting started on a new message board. You know? Also, I stink at challenges.. it's like.. I'm destined to fail when I do them.. however.. the squats have me VERY interested!!! I might jump in that one. What would you suggest! Thanks for the "congrats" I'm trying not to be discouraged that it's not moving faster. I've done this before.. I get it.. I just wish I could blink myself to a non obese wieght. lol... Since I have you here... what is the reputation all about? Thanks! |

| Hello Cleverusername and welcome to ADBB! I’m just back myself after a several month long hiatus and you are right- there should be a 50th time around club!! I love the challenges here! The 6 week exercise challenge especially. I can also sometimes get overwhelmed by challenges but that one really works for me. I wholeheartedly recommend it! I think a new one will start in a few weeks and I’ll definitely be there- hope to see you there too! I think your progress is great! 14 lbs in two weeks! That’s nothing to sneeze at! As for the rep points-- If you really like a post someone makes, like if you think they’ve given good advice or they’ve done something well, you can add to their reputation by clicking the little scale icon above their post. Some examples of when I use it is when I think someone has really gone the extra mile in their reply to someone asking a question or if I found their post to be especially inspirational or insightful. Also if something really makes me smile or laugh! And sometimes they are given when you've done something like finish or join a challenge. Hope that clears it up! I hope you really enjoy it here! This is such a supportive, motivating, joyful, welcoming and knowledgeable community and I’m glad you’re here! If you’ve got other questions there is always someone here who knows the answers! Good luck and congratulations for staying on plan for the past four weeks! We can do it!! |
