| Hi Jess What a brilliant post. It hit the nail on the head for me today funnily enough. I was considering going for my fifth workout this week despite the fact that I feel tired (daughter has been ill so had a few disturbed nights sleep) and I have a horrible headache. I decided to stay in and do some chores/relax instead. I will get four workouts in next week (and for all the weeks afterwards I hope) so I agree, more is not always better. Zara xx |

| Good morning! Elliptical trainers give a good workout. Check the different programs, the 'gluteal' programs can really work out your behind, shrink that tushie, work those large muscles that will burn calories FOR you just by existing. Doing well this morning now that my computer is back up and running. Everything was out, cable, phone, internet.. and I knew I was current! So 30 minutes on phone with a tech, and they finally sent someone out. He jiggled the battery in my modem, and voila' I am online. Crazy. He said I might stop by the office for a new battery, guess I will do that tomorrow. I was not looking forward to a day with no internet, so I am glad he got here quick! Got a lovely roast in the crockpot, and got the scale moving again, those strawberries seem to do it for me every time! Have a good'un everyone.

| I'm glad to hear everyone is doing well. I only have one thing to say. CHEATING IS NOT WORTH IT...mentally or physically. I slipped up today. I've been weaning myself off of sugar (and was doing really Well!!!) and I think the approach of FULL induction tomorrow just freaked me right out. Ate 2-3 peanut butter cookies and THEN boiled up some macaroni. Started to eat and then BOOM - said this is ridiculous. Macaroni into the trash. My stomach actually hurts from eating that stuff...DUH! I went grocery shopping today and got everything that I need for induction. Now to change my habits completely....I CAN DO THIS!!!!!! Thanks for listening!
