| No, you can only have 1 cup per day of zucchini (it is from the "other vegetables" list). You eat the remaining 2 cups from the first list. Most of your carbs are supposed to be coming from veggies, but they also come from other places (eggs, etc contain carbs that should be counted towards the 20 net grams per day).
