| Tylenol doesn't have caffeine. Excedrin does... Today sucks, my hip flexor hurts from my 8.5mi run yesterday. Ugh, 5 days until my half-marathon, I can only imagine how grumpy I'm going to be next Monday.

| PlasmachicWow! cold turkey! good for you! you should be proud! I need to do that. Today I'll just drink one cup. Weird how I cut back and then it creeps back up again. I think I had 4 cups yesterday. and I'm mad because I'm not losing, bet that's why. Good job on running 8.5 miles lyssie! That's awesome! I went for a walk last evening. Today I'm going to ride my stationary bike. Feeling very tired lately. not sure why. eating has been good with no cheats... my son is recovering from oral surgery/wisdom teeth extraction. poor baby. all he's eating is pudding and ice cream. I'm a little jealous.... but resolved. Have a good day! liz |

| Super duper late but I'm here! It's the end of the semester and I have the grades I want so not much incentive to go to class....I know I'm bad hehe. But anyway, where is everyone?! Are roll calls losing popularity? Yikes!

| Late checking in~~it has been a good day. Food in check, plenty of H20 & vitamins taken. Woke up this AM with a bad sore throat which is freaking me out after being sick last week. I'm exhausted & I think that is the issue.
