| Motivating as usual, Jess! I know for me that the holidays are a must to plan ahead of time. My extended family are a bunch of carb hounds and I could easily get swept away in it all. I have my meal plan all set up. Turkey, green beans, mashed califlower and an amazing banana bread (flaxmeal) I found the recipe for. I will not feel left out!!!!! My weight loss has been slow since I just ended my time of the month. Only lost 1 lb in 2 weeks. I will keep on keeping on though. Giving up is never an option! Hope you all have a fabulous Thanksgiving!!

| Wow, thank you Jess! I think I'm going to spend some time doing a plan later today. I've got a really rough work week ahead of me but I'm feeling energised right now and I know I can make it! Thanks for the motivation! |

| Hello All ~ Thanks Jess for the motivation. I've had a plan since I started on 11/1. But, today you have re-centered me. I am the host for Thanksgiving and of course all the high carb regulars. However, I am planning to make myself carb alternatives. Pumpkin custard, jalapenos with cream cheese then wrapped in bacon, brussel sprouts, Turkey, and sugar -free jello dessert. I am planning to eat a low carb breakfast and have the deviled eggs out for snacking so I don't get...starved. That's my plan...stay full on legal foods. Good luck all. ~b

| Hi all. I have a plan in place too for Thanksgiving. I love turkey so that will be my main choice on Thrusday and Friday plus lots of salad, deviled eggs and green beans. But the biggest help for me is keeping up with the challenges on the board which keep me off the couch and exercising. They are my best motivators. Have a great day everyone! |
