| I'm back again too. The first time on Atkins I lost 87 lbs and kept it off for almost 2 years, then I started gaining slowly and gained back about 63 of those pounds. So here I am, determined as ever to get rid of all this excess. Let's help eachother out in the next few months, we'll need it. |

| Good luck Carlae and welcome back! Its great to read how determined you are. The Bulletin Board is fantastic and lots of support so we are all in this together! Taking control of you life is a big step (I think I sill haven't been able to bring in the reigns yet). Keep us posted of your progress.

| Thanks for welcoming me back! I thought yesterday was pretty easy, but today, it's been so hard. I have managed to stick to the plan, but when you have a husband that likes to show off his cooking skills, it's tough! I did lose 2.5 pounds in one day though, so I hope that it will keep on going. I need to relearn all about induction, and what I can eat, but that shouldn't be too hard. Well, good luck everyone!
