| Hello! Thanks for starting the roll call! I'm having a great day! I'm down two pounds today, too! Yay! Has anyone here tried Rodney Yee's yoga for abs dvd? I got it for Christmas and I love it! I totally recommend it! I'm feeling great that the new year is here and that I am here and doing well! |

| just poking my head in a minute to say hi. I have lurked here for quite a while but haven't posted. I am on...4 times around maybe?? I know this works..lost 70 pounds my first try several years ago and have of course gained those pounds back and lots of friends. I have to go with measurements till I can get back onto a scale again but am determined to do it right this time. Hope I can get some support here and maybe provide some. |
