| I hope that you are feeling better now! I guess this is a subject where you have some split decisions. I'm actually one of those that says do what you have to in order to get better. A stomach virus is no joke and you can't get better eating the fatty foods allowed in this WOE. It's better to go off-plan until you are better, but stick to healthy carbs such as whole grains if you decide to do the BRAT (Bananas, Rice, Apples and Toast) diet to get yourself back to normal.
