| Hi Renee, I know how you feel. I am also back again. Tomorrow is the 5 year anniversary of my first Atkins journey. I got pregnant that year after losing 60 lbs and had a very hard time getting back on track after the baby. Last Feb 07 I did it again but lost more slowly. I lost 26 lbs. I fell off in Nov. 07 when I LET the holidays rob me of my success. I only blame ME. But, enough is enough. I am diving full force back into the WOE again TODAY. I can use all of the support that is here. Please use me too as a buddy or someone to rant or vent to. I need the accountability of this website and will use it DAILY. God bless you Renee. You CAN do this. Start saying YOU WONT give up for 7 days! Then re-evaluate how you feel and I bet you'll say I can do this! Nichole

| Once you start losing the lbs that will be a motivator to keep going and this message board is great motivation as well! Keep a food journal and take some bathing suit before and after pics. That is what kept me on this diet!
