| That's a great idea! I'm not diabetic, so I have no needles, but I'm gonna go find two pics of me! And, some scotch tape! |

| Very cool idea. My husband has been off insulin for a couple of years but does take a small injection of Byetta and still takes 1/2 dose of Metformin (as well as a host of other preventative meds) daily. Exercise does matter as well as the food. Atkins is really a healthy choice for diabetics. Good luck, Julie |

| I'm a pill popping diabetic (2 glyb/metformin 5/500 a day and 1 metformin 500 mg a day) but I'm hoping I can get off them in a few months. I've noticed in the 2 weeks I've been on Atkins how my blood sugars have become very level each day. Instead of being in the 150 - 160 range I've been in the low 100's and more days I've been under 100. I'm also on blood pressure, cholesterol and trigliceride meds that I want to get off and hope getting my weight off. Carole
