| The scale finally moved for me today!. I am one pound from my first mini-goal and I have a spin class in 30 minutes. Looks like mini-goal 1 finally falls this weekend. I have been within 3 lbs of it for two weeks. I am this close to not being obese, just merely severly overweight. I have never been happier to be severly overweight. Thanks all for your support. Have a great cheat-free day.

| Checking in before going to my first day at work. YEsterday was so hetic. Sick child, canceeled work, and stress of sick family in the hospital. I haven't done so well as food is just what I grab as I run through the kitchen, but i"m sticking with the plan. Friend brought over a platet of fudge and cookies 2 nights ago. GRRR. I wanted to trash it but Hubby insisted we keep it for a small treat for the kids now and then. How tempting! I haven't given in yet, and won't anytime in the future! I'm really hoping to motivate myself into workingout though. I would lose more and actually see a difference if I did. Have a wonderful Friday everyone! |

| Hi all, Have been back since 12/26, weighed this morning at 171, for a total of 10 pounds lost. Waist has gone from 36 to 33 inches, amazing! So far no cheats and not tempted to cheat, this is working for me! All of you have a great day!

| Good morning STACers! It is bitter cold here in PA and it makes going out to get some exercise difficult. Yesterday one of my dogs knocked me down in the lane but other than a bruised knee and aching shoulder, I'm fine. Thank goodness the snow packed lane was softer than usual! Anyway, I hope to get some real exercise today and stay on plan. Have a great day everyone! |

| Happy Friday fellow STACers. Hope everyone is feeling better. I'm on an unplanned vacation day waiting for the plumber to unclog a drain. Grrrr--Does plunging a kitchen sink for 45 minutes count as exercise? I dare anyone to say no! ![]() Cassi, congrats to you for standing up to those yummies! Don't give in...not even a bite! | Good Friday morning everyone! What a wonderful morning, finally lost 1 lb, after a 8 day stall, and made my first mini goal. That's even after eating out 3 times this week. Yippeeeee! Great start, for a great weekend!!! |

| Hi everyone! Checking in and feeling great! I'm looking forward to the start of the next 6WEC and am preparing for it. I feel in the mood to snack today, so I'll have to make some extra chicken breast cubes to snack on to avoid cravings.
