I gained weight AND inches??
I'm still sticking to it... my ketosis stick turned purple so I'm doing something right...
Hang in there everyone!
Morning all. Had a great on-plan day yesterday, plan on doing the same today. Scales were up a pound this morning, but they will go back down. Looking forward to a quiet day today. Hope you all have a blessed day!

I appear to be back to my losing ways. Another pound snuck away last night. I had an awesome cauliflower lasagna for dinner last night, and my first omlette in probably 25 years this morning. I don't know why I stopped eating eggs, I never disliked them. Probably just the 80's egg scare about them being bad for you. Today is make your own pizza night at my house. I am planning to try queso fresco for the crust instead of cauliflower. I don't think it's ever been done, I'll keep you all posted if it isn't a crappy mess.

hi everyone! had a lovely sunday morning just snuggling with my hubby!i love sunday mornings! now it is time to be creative and figure out what the heck we will be eating for dinner today. i've had more chicken and ground turkey in the last few weeks than i can count. time to switch it up. hope everyone has a great day!
Happy Sunday STAC'ers.
I am happy to say I saw the scale move down just a tad today. Finally. I have lost 1#.... Hopefully I will get a couple more in the next few days. Maybe I am starting on a loosing streak
I got up early to meet a friend for some winter tracking but she had to cansel due to be sick so I have some time to kill. I might make some food. I have 1 serving of ww vegi soup left and I am saving it for lunch. I only have 2 eggs left so maybe I will make a little omlette with pastrami and mushrooms.
TJ I remember making a pizza crust from cream cheese, eggs, and cheddar or motz baking it and then topping it and baking it again. It was yummy but very heavy. Definately let us know how the new pizza comes out.
I made peanut butter cookies last night. I moved up to the nut rung yesteray so it was legal. I used 2 eggs, 1 cup splenda, 3/4 c stevia, 1 cup butter, 1 cup peanut butter, and 2 tsp of vanilla, and about 2 cups of whey protein. They are a little dry but tasted good to me. Best of all 1-2 of these things are very filling and dense with fat & protein & low on carbs. I made almost 3 dozen 2 inch cookies -about 1/2-3/4 of an inch thick. I used the flourless peanutbutter recipe and only added the whey protein to make them denser.
Have a great day gang

Hello everyone! I'm starting back today and decided to jump right in on the posting.
DH will be joining me on this WOE tomorrow. The day is going well so far and we have done our grocery shopping - I'm planning ahead for the week because the phrase "failing to plan is planning to fail" definitely falls on me.
I hope everyone is having a good weekend and I look forward to reading about your successes and ideas for this WOL.
