| Is there any chance that the 'inconveniences' of TOM on top of the likely symptoms of 'induction flu' will make it more likely that you won't stick it out? I mean, if you are already bloated and crampy, who wants a headache and other 'detox' symptoms? On the other hand you can do all the suffering at once and get it over with. That would by my personal choice. If you are concerned about needing to know if you are metabolically resistant by gauging how much you lose in two weeks, remember that anything that you 'don't lose' because of TOM is monthly water retention and would be GONE when the two weeks are over anyway. So maybe you would lose less the first week but more the second week. Whatever you choose, stick it out for the WHOLE two weeks. A side note, if you are a working person, I would advise starting on a Thursday. That way the worst of the detox symptoms should fall on the weekend, you should be in ketosis by the beginning part of the week and feeling pretty darn good!
