| No one has any thought on this? I did buy presciption strenght deoderant today and I did have a different falvor of tea today (because I was out) but I purchased 2 more if my favorite. Julie |

| AlaskaGirl, I have noticed I definitely smell better (except the breath) since I started Atkins, so the BO problem is a puzzlement to me! |

| Wow! I haven't had this problem at all...BUT, I don't play around with it either! I use men's deodorant/antiperspirant. I have used it for years. No fruity tuity girly protection for me...I can exert and sweat more than most of the men I work with. I use Right Guard. It's a clear stick, not the sticky gel, ugh! It works. Never have a problem. |

| I only ever noticed it during induction while I was detoxing. A lot of nasty stuff is filtered out through the skin during the first couple of weeks. Be sure to drink plenty of extra water and shower after exercise, or I have read that you re-absorb some of the toxins as the sweat dries. After a while, I found the opposite to be true. I had less body odor and could get by with less deodorant. I do drink a lot of water--way more than I ever did before and I have always loved water. Sunny!

| I am begining to think it might have to do with all the pickels I have been eating----- pickels and sourkrought. I was reading an article in the paper about pickels and sourkrought and I realize that I have 3-5 small pickels daily now and 1 cup of sourkrought a couple times a week. The article I did not read but skimmed it (I know I am bad) was saying there are many health benefits from these two food items. Has to do with the vinegar/acid and healthy digestion..... Anyway I believe now that I have to drop my pickle addiction at least cut back to a couple a week. I drink alot of water. I have been very diligent about it this time around. The water and the vegi carbs I have made mui importante. Setting my self up for success. Thanks for the input. Julie |

| I smell worse... I don't eat pickles, and this even happens when I don't drink green tea. I try to drink a ton of water, which helps out... It's still yucky after a long run or a hard kickboxing class though. Oh, I guess I should add, this is with various deodorants and stuff. |

| Thanks Lyssie. I am glad I am not the only one. I am glad I am not the only one. I just dont get it. I never had this problem in all my previous Atkins attempts. I will stop obsessing. The new deoderant worked pretty well yesterday. The stink was worse when I was super sweaty and as soon as I cooled off I couldn't smell it so much. It is making me a little insecure. I will probably go to a health food store and speak with a specialist about finding a natural remedy. I heard that there are a couple of minerals that when your body is low can cause bad bo. Julie |
