| Checking in What ever illness I'm incubating (cold or flu?) is starting to take hold and I'm feeling bleckier then yesterday. Last night I decided that, because I'm not feeling well, I would eat even if I wasn't hungry... but that I would only eat legal foods. So by the time I went to bed I felt I'd overeaten! But when I woke up this morning (well... 11am!) and weighed in I was pleased to see 216. So TJ... I got my little wooshie! But without the Michelob Ultra ) Sorry to hear that you went a little overboard last night, TJ!! I know it won't affect you long-term, though... you're too dedicated! I'm feeling a little chilled so I'm going to find some socks and a sweater... them I'm going to settle into a corner of the sofa and watch TV all day.

| Good afternoon all! Hope this is a good day for everyone. Went out to lunch with DD, DS & his 10 yr old son. We went to a place that serves breakfast all day. All the specialty pancakes sounded lovely but I ordered a cheese/mushroom omelet & an order of bacon. Cup of decaf & a big glass of H20. Excellent!

| Howdy, all!! As usual, I am checking in late. Weight is still at 188, don't think I am drinking enough water. I'll change that tomorrow!!! I am just sitting here looking down at my belly. | Well it is Sunday here already but I know it is still Saturday night for most of you. I am here (though late even for the US posts). Ate too much today but it was all legal. Have to stop my snacking behaviors. Especially at night. One battle at a time I guess. |
