| ok, so today I finally felt up to exercising! I just went for a long walk with my sister, probably close to an hour. and water is right up there.

| Here are today's stats: Mar. 7th - Water: 3.75 liters, Exercise: 90 minutes My goals for next week: Water: at least 3 liters a day Exercise: 5 days a week @ 90 minutes or more Weight loss goal for the week: 2 lbs.

| Its pouring again today. Probably will for the next month. Drank 72 ounces water. No heavy exercise today but I did walk two miles with the DH and the dog. Unfortunately they are both slower than molasses in January. LOL But, another PERFECT INDUCTION DAY! No cheats! Jill is back on the plan! And I was rewarded with a pound off on the scale this morning! |

| Miab I didn't realize your goal was 5 # for the week. That is a lot. Congrats on the 4#. That is amazing. I managed 2.5 liters of water yesterday. Aiming for 3 again today ![]() Today is another heavy house work day that I will claim as exercise. I will also walk at the market (I have to get some groceries for the week) ![]() Yesterday we managed to get my office moved from the upstairs and the spareroom moved into it. My office is spilling out of the family room. My desk is in 2 peices in my living room Today we are trying to get the spare room empty of my husbands crud..... He has a lot of clothing and books in there that he hasn't used/read for years. Once it is empty and clean we are painting so my daughter can move in. After that my office will be set up in her bed room...... This is a nightmare that I have been putting off for some time. I didn't get a chance to update stats yet- I might get it today. Monday for sure. My back is feeling ok right now (hopefully my cramps are gone). My knee did get sore yesterday but is feeling ok right now.... crossing my fingers that I manage to stay somewhat pain free today. Julie |

| Julie, I made my gallon today and threw in an extra exercise session. My son and I did shoulders today. No weight loss today, probably by Tuesday we'll be seeing 197. T. J.

| today, water was well in excess of 100 oz! AND 2 hours of roller skating! i'll think of it as INTERVALS, because I had to keep stopping to breathe. the flu is still beating me senseless.

| walked 5 miles today and stayed on plan for the third day in a row! Still have another 20 ounces of water to drink to make 72 but that's easy to do tonight |
