| Hey, if you can lose 50 pounds that's amazing and you already have what it takes to lose those 15 pounds. Get yourself back into the groove that you were in when you were losing. Of Course you can do this!

| Hi. You've lost a LOT of weight. You just need to 're-lose' a fraction of that. I think you've taken the biggest step by coming back here. For me, that is the hard part. Once I'm into the swing of things, I'm ok. But starting is hard and you've done that. See you around. S- |
