| Yum! Thanks for posting how you cooked it. I actually bought bell peppers to make stuffed bell peppers for lunch/dinner today...I'll have to give this one a try.

| I'm a born and raised texan so I love to grill. Also you should try stuffing a big jalepano pepper with sausage and cheese and wrapping THAT in bacon! mwuahahaha and they call this a diet!

| take care though when you cook it, its rather thick so dont burn it! I cooked it at about 500 degrees to get it all browned on the ouside, then i turned one side of the burner off and moved them to that side, and kept the other burner at about 250 and kept them out there for about 20 more minutes or so. That will of course vary depending how big your pepper is, mine had the stuffing poofing out the sides so it took a good while to get them done all the way, and I only ate about half of one. I'll be munching on the leftovers probably for the next two days!
