| Happy Sauturday STAC'ers ![]() I am so happy last week is over. I am still fighting the flue but the Z-Pack has helped. I am feeling much better-just the sinus infection is still lingering. I weighed in this AM... -3 woohoo. I wasn't sure what I would loose since I haven't been eating as good as I normally do. In fact I didn't eat any veggis yesterday (not like me). Just the timing was bad. My husband made a great minced salad but I was already full off of meat loaf. I skipped lunch all together and only had sausage for breaky. We did go to the market and I stocked up on fresh veg yesterday after noon so I am good to go for this week. I am so busy that I have to plan well. This coming week should be a little easier than last week, but the following week will be crazy again. My knee blew up on me Thursday again... It is killing me and swollen pretty badly again. I just want it to get better. I am afraid I will have this for the rest of my life.Loopie- good luck with your performance and good job with induction. My husband is frying potatoes right now so I completely understand about the weekend thing. I usually use the weekend to make my vegi soup, cheese cake muffins or other special foods. TJ- I asked when are you going to have a talk to my husband about doing the housework...Sooo when?? Have fun at the soccer game. Have a great day, Julie |

| Happy Saturday! Today is my Day 11 and my 3 day stall/gain is over! I'm down a pound! So happy day for me! I'm getting close to my first mini-goal. Today, I have to get ready for company tomorrow, and I'm also hoping to take a nice walk. Have a good one everybody.

| Good morning everyone!!!! It's pouring here with thunder. I love it. I won't get out of my pajamas today. Wonderful! I read something the other day about why if you weigh once a week, it should be Monday. That keeps you on the straight and narrow over the weekend. |

| The soccer game didn't get rained out, and my daughter didn't catch any butterflys, but not for lack of trying. 5 year old soccer isn't really soccer, but they have fun. I got my lawn mowed and fertilizer put down. It is looking like the storm hung a left at Pensacola and is heading up the west side of Georgia. I might just be able to grill some steaks tonight after all. I'm saving the laundry for when the rain starts. I'll probably lose power I plan that way, but there's always tomorrow. Julie, start your DH with something small, like noticing that cleaning needs to be done. I still don't notice the dirt on the floors, but my wife can feel individual dust molecules through the soles of her shoes. It's gotta be at least 6 inches long for me to notice floor dirt. Tell him vacuuming is like mowing the lawn indoors. Just hope he doesn't want a riding vacuum with a beer holder.

| Good afternoon everyone! I got up today and did a nice long workout. I did 15 minutes on the eliptical, and then I got off and attempted some "simple" (to the average Joe) leg exercises and then I did a bunch of upper body weights and crunches. Excellent Saturday workout! I can't believe I did 15 on the elipical! That Rocks!!! I plan on paying some bills and maybe cleaning the car and garage today...or tomorrow, whatever. I THINK I'm gonna go out tonight...pretty sure of it. Go show off my 12 pounds lighter self! Sandy, great job at the Mexican place...those chips are MY criptonite! Ratucker5...make sure to take some low carb treats with you. Maybe some cheese cubes or some celery and cream cheese. Good luck! Popcorn doesn't phase me, but those chips at the Mexican restaraunts...ugh! I can eat a whole basket all by myself. Ack! Kelly...I just changed my weigh in day to friday because I didn't want to "not workout" over the weekend for fear of a monday weight gain. Maybe I'll switch back to monday after I get a real good consistent workout going???? Hmmmm I weight myself so often, so maybe it doesn't matter. I just want to have a "day" that is "official" for record keeping. Enjoy your saturday!!!

That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |

| You know, Rajenki, I would say if you weigh every day then it doesn't matter. Can't imagine a scenario where it would. That would only makes sense for "weekly" weighers... Have fun "out" tonight. I'm jealous. |
