| Good evening, everyone! I'm tired tonight, it was really tough at my Dad's today. He was confused today, it seems to be happening a lot more often now. He kept trying to get out of his chair and he can't walk, nor stand up. So, I was up and down with him. I have to lift him out of chair and hold him up when he has to go to the bathroom. There's one thing about it though, I am getting muscles in my arms. They aren't as flabby as they were.
Anyway, I'm another pound down today, so I'm good. Everyone have a nice weekend.
