| You don't need advice. You know how to do it!! Induction. Since you sound like you gained it all back, I'd go with a new 14 day clean induction. Most of what you gained is water, not fat. It's not the progress you wanted but it's not so bad either! You came back now and not one or two years from now. Don't be so hard on yourself. Jump back on the wagon!! |

| Hi Gemma, I know it sounds like a cliche but try and work out what made you cheat and what you ate. Then think about finding some atkins friendly substitutes. There are some great receipies and ideas for snacks and sweets on here. Good luck on induction and im looking forward to hearing about your new losses.x |
