| I'm really sorry that you feel this way. Can you curl up on the couch with a blankie and a book? What is it that normally brings you out of the dumps? Me, well, sometimes I just like to wallow in it for a little while and when I wake up in the morning,it'll all be gone. Hope something works. |

| Wow, I myself am feeling like that too. My house is a mess and knowing that it's Sunday puts me down. If my house were clean I'd feel ten times better, so I ask myself "why don't I clean the house to feel better?" but then since it's dirty I feel unmotivated to do anything so now it's just me fighting with myself about doing it or not. I'm looking for all the excuses not to do anything and wait till tomorrow. The whole point is, sometimes we all go through OFF days, regardless if there is a reason or not. I hope you just take it easy today and DON'T STRESS IT! relax. With my situation my husband likes to say, "don't think about it and just do it" then you'll feel really good that you finally did it even though you may have whined your way through it, lol. Good luck and hope your "sick day" subsides soon! It could always be a way our body is telling us it needs a break. |

| Are you taking the recommended supplements? You might want to check out the threads about LGlutamin. Sorry your down. I have been down a little lately myself. Mine is from stress (many different forms).... Pain is a big contributor to depression as well. I recomend rest and relaxation followed by fun. ![]() Hang in there, Julie |

| I definitely have down days. I am starting to realize that I have one or two a week. My moods fluctuate quite a bit. I am starting to try to "enjoy" the down days, if that makes any sense at all. I mean, just go with it. Decide that you feel down and that you don't want to do anything and then just comfort yourself. Blankie and book? Great idea. If you feel down, it will likely take twice as long to clean the house, pay the bills, whatever.... so, let is go and reward yourself for not going off your eating plan. (not with food!)
