| I eat a few a day until I have worn myself out on them. Right now I have about 10 boiled in the fridge and have no desire to eat them. lol

| I eat up to 6 eggs a day depending on what I want to eat. I definitely eat 2 or 3 in the morning making an omelet. And sometimes for lunch I'll boil 3 of them and take then down with my salad. I love eggs though, always have even as a little kid. |

| I'm one of the few people who never seem to tire of eggs. I range between 2-4/day between breakfast eggs, boiled eggs for snacks, boiled eggs on salad, and the occasional mock pastry. |

| I have a three egg omelet in the morning, but am looking forward to trying out these egg recipes: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes The mushroom quiche also looked good: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes Maybe with a side of sausage and a little greens.

| Well, I'm starting Atkins for the Second time. The first time all I ate was eggs for two weeks! I lost 14lbs and it got me into ketosis. I did it because I wasn't having success eating 20 carbs or less a day. After that my weight loss went quite well. I had about 10 eggs a day. This time around I'm having 4 to 6 eggs a day and I'm going to try the under 20 carbs routine. This is my second day |

| I love eggs, and I could eat them at every meal, but my doc told me if you eat eggs daily, you could develop an allergy. Now I try to keep it to 4 x weekly. |
