| I am starting tomorrow. I'm at 164 (which I'm not going to count until tomorrow). I want to lose 35 lbs. I'm going to weigh myself and start from there. I'm very motivated to lose this weight. My husband is in the military and he's in awesome shape and has dropped 65 lbs with my help (I made him do Atkins and he was kicking and screaming). He is now 239 and has lost 78 lbs total. He looks so much better! I want to look good and I hate the way I look right now. I have to do Atkins because it's the only thing that works for me. I tried weight watchers but I was hungry hungry hungry! |

| BRIGHT STAR lets work together. i am going to get on the wii fit tomorrow morn before the gym. i will work from that weight. i try not to weigh myself and go by how my clothes fit but i know how much i weighed when my clothes fit so i know where i need to be. |

| Works for me! I have to come to the board. That's how I fell off the wagon the first time! The board keeps me accountable and motivated. |

| I'm not starting tomorrow, but I will say that tomorrow will be a lot easier than today was, yesterday was, and Friday was. My point? Just start, the rest is easy. Good luck tomorrow. You should be proud of yourself....!

| hey ! I am starting tomorrow as well. Target is to lose 22 lbs in 2 mnths. All set mentally to go for it. I hope we all do a good job |

| ok the start of the day. i have to go out for the day but i am prepared. i am armed with lots of water, the coupon for the free kfc meal ( i do not eat the potatoes, just the cole slaw), and more water. had my last glass of wine last night.... |
