hello all i have been a way yes another excuse i started another job every body goes out to lunch and i cant deal with temptation i have tried im up to 248 from 239 i need to get back with the program i was stuck with no weight loss for 3 weeks then i did the induction again and only lost 4 lbs the 2nd time i got frustrated and thought if i gave it a break and started back it would kick start the weight loss again but i cant get back on so im back for support thanks
