| I have found that this time around I HAVE TO EXERCISE or I just don't lose. Maybe it is age, maybe it is hormones but if I don't exercise 4-5 times a week, hard, the scale does not budge. Unfortunately it has truly become non negotiable. If I want a pound or so off a week, I need to put in at least 5 hours of exercise a week and usually closer to 9-10. Nothing else to do but get those walking shoes on... |

| Not a one. It is totally an age/hormone thing. I even had thyroid tested. It's called being 48, and it stinks but thats the way it is. |
