| It's steadily raining here in FL. I woke up kinda bummed I wont be able to make my first trip to the beach this year, so I went to the scale in hopes it would have good news for me. Well, I still haven't broken the 130 mark, but I lost .2 lb. Better than nothing I suppose. I swear it's fighting me tooth and nail to not show me the 20's. I decided to measure myself instead. Lost overall .75 in. since Monday. I guess it really is true the scale doesn't always show the loss, it's the measurements that count. I can live with that.

| Woke up to threatening rain, and a gurgling tummy. My granddaughter was sick with tummy issues Thurs and Fri, so it felt very suspicious. But I had a coffee, let my bowels have a chance to do whatever needed to be done, and headed out for a 4.30 mile walk to the lake. It was just great! I can't walk early many days because I have to be at work too early, but when I can, I just really feel like I must! In a month I have a 'vow' to complete, to post a pic in a two piece. This is very motivating. I actually have the suit in hand, and if I had to take the pic today, would not be mortified, but I am glad I have one more month to 'work it!' Everyone have a super day!

| Happy Saturday STAC'ers ![]() I went out walking this morning then came home and made steak and eggs. Yummy! Yesterday was rough. I developed a migraine (hadn't had one in over 2 years). I had no migraine medication on hand and I had to suffer through it. I did take a pain pill and knock myself out at 10 pm but it reminded me that I will call my MD and get a precsription called in for migraine meds. Today I plan on planting my new tree and planting my flower pots. I haven't bought the flowers yet, but I will be going out to do that shortly. Congrats on your new body Plsma I haven't gotten there yet. I am still saggy/flabby. Have fun shopping Kelly. Have a wonderful day people! Julie |

| Plsma~ That made me laugh, too. It's funny, I can have those moments in the morning some days and then have completely blown it at night, but it is a nice feeling when you do have it. Gotta remember that and hopefully it'll keep me from overeating... grugh. kellymch~ Mall AND cruise sound like fun. Llama~ Glad that both the tape measure and scale are showing loss. Running out of meds is not cool at all, but good for you staying on plan. ~~~ Woke up feelin' lean. Had a greatly productive "studio work day". Came home from a late night out and my toilet broke. Booo. Spent a good hour fixing it, double boo. And then just ate a ton of ham and eggs. Boooo x3. I didn't eat off plan, but I definitely ate too much. Not cool. This is happening way too often. So what do I do? Gagh. Not entirely sure. We're working on it... But I'm committed. Try. Fail. Try again. Fail better. Kind of a long "check-in" but I just needed a vent. Thanks for listening... |

| Kickin back & enjoying the day. DH is getting ready to grill some steaks & the cabbage is nearly done cooking. Movie night~~pumpkin with cream cheese will be my snack.

| Hello hello! Sounds like everyone is doing real well! Grats on appreciating your body Plsmatic I've been so busy with work .. studying and home life I barely have time to turn my computer on.. let alone check in. Next week things should be back to normal for me. I look forward to catching up with everyone!! On plan and almost to my second goal of 189..
