| Happy Sunday! Went to my daughter's graduation last night, a ton of people there. Today I have absolutely no responsibilities, so I'm turning on the TV and vegging all day in my slippers and robe.

| I agree, Jess. Great post. Thanks for sharing that! Did church, then watched my son's swim class, then my wife and I worked out at the Y while he played in the child care. Now it's clean the house time, then we're going to a minor league hockey playoff game here. Tomorrow's back to the grind as I gear up for a trial starting on Tuesday...fun fun! |

| Hey everyone...quick check in before I had to the pool for a workout. Interesting weekend for me. I went out and ate some nachos friday at around 7pm...1am they were still sitting in my stomach and I felt like crap. Nice...haven't felt that way in a while! Yesterday I had a bbq with friends...2 of which are also do this WOE...so I had the food police all over me. LOL...it was pretty funny. Yesterday before the bbq I had a workout with my trainer...and today I'm sore as ****! EXCELLENT! Bacon and eggs for breakfast/lunch (got up late) and another bbq tonight with the same friends. Not sure what's on for tomorrow...hopefully a day of rest? LOL

Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |

| Hey everybody -- this is probably my 100th time around, but nevertheless, here I am! My biggest problem is getting past the first 3 days because of the sluggishness. Other than that, I love everything else about this WOE! I got started yesterday, so I'm hoping that by the end of the holiday weekend, I'll be past the low-energy phase, and ready to start my work week on Tuesday with new-found energy! ~Tammy (still need to update my signature) |
