| Nice to have you back Ev - Did you have a good weekend away? Things are moving along here on plan .. holding at 190 the past few days..but I'll take it. I havent been eating my veggies We have a lot to do in the yard today - just hoping the weather holds out long enough for us to complete some of it. Hmm that also requires getting my hubby motivated - not an easy feat sometimes He's still in bed.... Hope all have a wonderful Memorial Day! ~ Dana ~ |

| As a regular member of the I hate Monday club today is different as I have the day off from work!!! Going to enjoy the day by getting outside for a walk & spending time with DH. Have a wonderful day everyone.

| I have a lot of yard work to do so I'll get some exercise out there today. I'm on plan and feeling great. And although I had a lot of company yesterday and tons of food like pasta salads and 2 cakes, I stayed strictly on plan the whole time and I'm proud of make it through it all. I hope you all have a great day! |

| Its a sunny hazy day at the beach. Did my walking so I can relax the rest of the day. Plan to get a long overdue omelet photo to Georgiana for her newsletter and maybe even break out the paints today. Will grill later. |

| Good morning stac'ers. Amazing day! Been at the gym forever. Spin class and circuit training class with my weight loss study group. Wow, I am slammed.

| Happy Memorial Day STAC'ers. I am off today. I am glad, I need it after yesterday. I plan on cleaning my fridge (fun fun), planting my flowers, transplanting some house plants, and maybe going to a movie. I am going to try and do a week of induction again. I have had a few items in my body that while not terrible are not good. I had some dream fields pasta yesterday with dinner- planned (I did not over eat, just a small portion but still), I also had some whole wheat crackers with my friends (along with cheese & sausage) at lunch time. I think I may be getting to comfortable with the idea of eating some carbs now and then. I need to make some food and be prepared so this kind of thing does not happen again (at least for a while).
