| Our bodies change...it's very possible you are more sensitive to salt this time around. I think I am, too...but I notice it for different reasons. Last time around I didn't have trouble with swelling in my legs...this time I do, so it's far more noticable for me.

Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |

| I was reviewing my journal from last time (2003), and I find that I am losing in the same pattern as before. I lose a few lbs. then plateau for a week, then lose a few more, then a plateau. It can be frustrating, but so far the losing is continuing. My waist is bigger at this weight, but my other measurements are the same for this weight. That must be age. I probably need to add some crunches to the workout. Salt doesn't seem to be an issue, but I have been using less for my husband's health. Eva |
