Ty back for Atkins 2 -

I first started Atkins in Jan 2004. I went from 237 pounds to 167 pounds November 14th.

After all the hard work, I slipped….big time…and over the 4 following years, I ended up again at 215 pounds on Tuesday 25th May 2009. SO back to atkins with avengance.

Today…31 May after first week, 209 pounds. So working again! Goal to get to 173 pounds by October 1, due to a mate’s wedding where I am Best Man. Don’t want to be referred as…oh…his best man is the fat guy over there!

So 36 pounds to go in 4 months!!! I know I can do it!!!!

Also, I can't help noticing that you're in Tokyo. Whereabouts? I'm in South Korea, so not exactly the same, but similar side of the world. Do you find it difficult to get LC "materials"?
