| Good morning everyone. Just checking in. I tried the Kentucky Grilled Chicken. I'm not impressed. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't good as the Original recipe. I realize the grilled chicken is carb friendly while the original isn't but my taste buds don't lie. ![]() Have a happy Carbday

| Good Morning everybody, here I am again after a period of not being here. I just wanted to make sure I could make a go of this, so started on plan and have been on it almost a week...........doing good, so I thought I would get on this list and draw from the support and hopefully be supportive to you! So lets get after this weight thing and learn this WOE and live a life where we don't have to think about our weight!! The dog is walked and I have lunch ready to go when it is time (Having it ready to go is a big, big help). I also have supper planned.............I am winning thus far!! everybody have a great day, and thanks for being here!

| Happy Sunday STAC'ers ![]() Today the sun is bright and we are once again expecting record temps in Anchorage. 75' not to shabby. I am out all day. Hiking & walking & painting. Yesterday I was good. I made a big quiche with canadian bacon, crab stuffed mushrooms, and SF blue berry cheesecake with pecan & coconut crust. I was busy for a little while cooking. I have some chef training and I know how to get things going all at once but still it was more cooking/prep than I had done in while. I think we are having kng crab salad for dinner tonight, but I gotta check with DH. He worked a long shift (17 hours) yesterday and he may not be up for cracking crab. Welcome Jae- being prepared is half the battle. Burn- Have you tried the Heroin wings yet? I am not huge on wings period, but I also take some chic breast and chop them into chunks. Delish! Ev- what are you celebrating? I better head over there and find out. Hvae fun planting Dana. I did mine a couple weeks ago. They make me smile. Oz I hope you had a great breakfast. I better get moving. I have to meet my friends in an hour and I am not even dressed yet. Julie |

| Good morning (I just woke up). Had to work from midnight to 7am this morning on a production problem at work, so brain dead and missed church. Will sleep good tonight tho, that's for sure!

| Hello ADBB friends!! Had a busy day today, mostly on the road. Got on the scales this morning, and I am two pounds lighter finally!! 19 more lbs. to goal!! I have no doubt that I can do it. | after a month of losing slowly, the scale loves me again!!! last month i only lost 4-5lbs. In the last 2 days though ive gone from that darn 204-204.6 ive been struggling with for 2 weeks to 203.4, and about an hour ago the scale actually told me 202.8 (but im not claiming that as it was just a curiosity weigh at like 10pm lol) I'm really hoping to be close to a solid 202 by wednesday! and depending how and where I lose my weight, I might even be in a 16 by 200. I can remember being in a 16 the last time i was around 200-195, but i think i gained a lot of my weight in my hips, and i think i'm losing in other places before i lose there. its frustrating to be the same weight i was back in the day, but my sizes are all wonky. I'm losing faster in my waist this time, its actually nearly the same size it was when i was 180, but my hips i think are still 4 inches bigger than i was back then.
