| ever and oz what in the world are you two doing up so early????? *yawwwnn* i woke up cause i had to go potty but i wanted to get on here and say (before i find coffee or pass out again, i dont know which) that in the last 2 days i've gone from 204.6 to 202.4!! i've been stuck in the 204s and now all of a sudden i've dropped 2.2lbs in 2 days. i dont know whats going on but i like it!!!!

| Good morning everyone! Today will be a stellar day!! (cuz I am going to make it that way!) have my meals planned and will exercise tonight. have a couple of projects that will keep me busy during the day............... have a great monday!!

| Hi Guys I did a 1.5 hour workout at the gym this morning - one hour bodypump class followed by half hour (7.3km) elliptical training. It felt good. I never would have been able to do even half an hour on the elliptical in the old days! Have a great day x |

| Good morning everyone! I cheated horribly this weekend, I don't even know why..I had a wedding to go to and just completely didn't think about what I was eating. So today, I'm back on the wagon and restarting Induction..once again..I have to get a hold of this WOL or I'm never going to reach my goals. TOM came yesterday also so I'm not going to weigh until it's gone and HOPE that I lose a few lbs. this week.

| Happy Monday STAC'ers ![]() It is another awesom day in Anchorage. We are expecting record temps again all week. It was almost 80 yesterday. I haven't seen it this nice since 2001. Yesteday was good I stayed on plan and drank plenty of water, as well as plenty of exercise. My farmers tan is coming along beautiful Nice right?Today I am not sure what I am doing yet. I haven't thought about work since 4 pm on Friday. Quote:
