| Have read that exercising on an empty stomach is best, but play around with it and see what works for you. I find that I have to have my coffee first, but some people might get queasy from just coffee on an empty stomach.

| If you feel you have the energy then do the walk on an empty stomach will be better but if your hungary have a light breakfast take a bottle of water with you.Good luck.
