| Good morning STACer's. I'm convinced it is going to rain all summer. Brutal day at work yesterday but today looks better. My week ends on Wednesday afternoon! I'll be going to Vermont Quilt Festival! Fun filled long weekend! Have a great day everyone!

| Hi there everlosing my year long goal also around the corner 3lbs left well its slowed down so im also looking at july well its gonna be my birthday on the 7th hopefully will do it by then.Good luck 2 u and me!

| Hello and good morning. It's raining here again, and yes, I agree OzLover, it does seem as if it will rain all summer. I have a motorcycle that is getting dusty because as long as it's raining, I'm not riding it! On plan, things are going great. I caved this morning on the whole not weighing myself until after induction and am pleased to announce that I am 5.4 lbs down since starting Friday. Ran out of salad last night so had to make a rush trip to the store to get some and completely brain fogged on the fact that I needed eggs and mayo too! Fortunately I had some preboiled eggs sitting in the fridge so egg salad became my breakfast. First time I've ever had it, made it with 2 HB eggs, 1.5 tbls mayo, and about 1.5 tsp relish (sugarfree of course) and Mmmm I thought it was great. So, HAPPY TUESDAY everyone!

| Good Morning All! Well this is my first Roll call in a very long time! But I am back! Yesterday was my first day on Induciton and it went very well. I had a headache first thing in the morning and I am not sure if it was an induction headache or not....It seems a little early for that but I did basically start my induction Sunday afternoon after I had some leftover pizza. ( I knew I wanted to start today so after that was gone I went to work and didn't have a chance to eat anything else) I also have decided to quit drinking diet soda, of which I am addicted! I want to cut those cravings! Anyways....After the headach subsided I am very happy with how yesterday went. Stayed on track and drank only water all day...even when I met up with my hubby and his friend who were up to there eyeballs in Vodka Redbulls! So day one was a success! Yeah Me!!!

| HAPPY TUESDAY STAC I managed to be asleep by 9:30 last night. I feel like I finally caught up on my sleep (from last week). I will probably have the same problem next week and the week after that and most of the summer ![]() Today I will make deviled eggs, a quiche, and spagetti squash with shrimp, basil, garlic and olive oil (for dinner). I need to go to the market and get some fresh supplies again! OZ our summer was like that last year. Geeze it was terrible. I think we had like 6 days of sun or something. I am sure the rain will move out eventually. Maybe you will get an Indian summer? Good job Ev and Sham. You guys "rock" ![]() Have wonderful day gang! Julie |

| Good Afternoon! I just joined today, although I am not new to Atkins. I will be re-starting Induction tomorrow - just did grocery shopping to ensure success! Looking forward to posting daily and gaining inspiration from the group! Thanks for having me.
