| Well, It's day 4 for me. Yesterday I had some cravings but I didn't give into them! I am really trying to stick this out till I am deep into ketosis. I know that when I get there It'll be much easier. I'm happy that I haven't been super hungry and I have been trying to drink a lot of water. Still no soad for me either which I'm quiet proud of! Well Everyone have a great day!

| Today is day 6 for me. I'm melting, have funky pee, smell bad, and am generally happy and energetic. I pulled a muscle in my rib cage last night playing softball, so I'm in a little bit of pain. We lost, so it sucks twice. Nothing some chicken wings after the game couldn't fix though. I love induction. I might hit the scale this weekend, but the inches seem to be coming off. My face is slimming down, and my pants are looser. This is such a fun part of this WOE. Have a great day everyone.

| Happy Thursday STAC'ers! I had a tough day yesterday. I am having muscle spasms in my low neck/upper back pretty badly it has been going onto one arm but now it is in both . I think I have to actually see a doctor pretty soon it has been going on for 6 weeks.I did make a great pot roast in the crock pot yesterday. Tonight will be left overs turned into Shepherds Pie. I am suppose to go hiking tonight. Not sure if I should go yet or not. I hope you all have great day. Julie |

| Good night everyone. I am here, I am lowcarb, I am feeling great. Went out of town yesterday and just getting back in tonight so wanted to check in and say HIYA! In the process of traveling my eating schedule was all off whack but low carb nonetheless. I had a mid-day meal of a turkey, tomatoe, spinach omelette, sliced tomatoe, and 3 slices of bacon. Dinner consisted of an 8 oz filet mignon, salad (lettuce, tomotoe, cheese, egg, ranch), and sauteed mushrooms and onions smother in mozzerella. Mmmm. See you all tomorrow.
