| Oh I know where you are coming from..I am on day 9 and I am up a pounds. I am following this Induction to a T..This is also my second time around so I know the drill,drink the water and keep my carbs down..I didn't lose a lot the last time either but I will not give up. A weight gain but my glucose readings have improved. That is far to important to give up. Hilda |

| I have been on it but I have to say not a clean induction so far to say the least (alcohol a couple times). I weighed this morning and am only down 1.5 since last monday. During the week I was down 4 but now up again. So it is true that if you follow the plan it works. I am a turtle loser and I have accepted that, but if I keep it up it will come off. I didn't gain it all overnight won't lose it overnight. But I would LOVE to lose it overnight! |

| Thanks to both of you..for sharing ur ups and downs.. what my problem is whether to continue with the induction or go to fase 2 i don't have the book yet in my hands.. awaiting other replies.... |

| If I were you, I'd continue on induction for another three or four days at least to clean out the pasta.

| Since you messed up the induction and you really wanna lose 10lbs soon you should carry on with induction strictly and that way you will lose faster.Remember only water lots of it.

| I agree....I think you should do induction for another couple days to get the pasta out of your system and when you are free of cravings move up a rung! Learn from you mistake and keep going. That is the only way you are going to lose the weight. We all know what will happen if you quit....you'll gain weight or at the very least you won't lose anymore and if you truly want to lose weight you have to keep pushing!
