| Happy Tuesday. I am here, struggling with TOM. Ugg! Today is a new day. I failed again yesterday! I have a big day as well. Lots of work to do. Rajenki- tell your sis Happy Bday!. My daughter was 10-11 weeks premature in 1993. She was lucky we kept her in the oven with steroids to help her lungs form faster. She was bigger 3.10 (said she would have been huge had she gone full term (hubby was a 12 pounder his poor mother). Gotta go! Wish me self control today! Julie |

| A whole pack of bubble gum. Don't take this the wrong way, but that made me laugh! I reached my fortieth birthday on Friday so (cough) I am back. Yay. I never really went away... but... you know. Moving back to OWL rung 1 because I just never get enough veggies anyway and thought it would be a good idea to start there. At least after a few days of induction just to get into ketosis. On a "lighter" note. My friend gave me a two hour lesson of pole dancing. She is doing it with me. What the heck am I going to do with that??? I cannot lift myself. I weigh almost 150 lbs. She is killing me. Sexy? I am not. Sigh.

| Here and on plan. Finally put a few days on fitday and realized I'm not getting enough calories. 800 calories is far too little, but I'm not hungry. And not sure what to do. I don't think I can pump any more meat into my system. I *finished* induction on Monday, but haven't really upped my carbs. During induction, I was right at 23 carbs. I know, a little over, but a dark purple stick, and I can taste it and smell it on my breath. Anyway, I'd like to add even more veggies, but that means more carbs. I really feel like at 40 carbs I'll drop out of ketosis. But I know I need more calories, and again, I don't think I can put any more meat in my mouth. Gag. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

| Well today is day 10 still no weight loss but I feel great. between 6-10 day period I was not feeling great at all. Tired and no energy but seems better today. I have a hard time getting all the calories in as I just am not that hungry. Trying harder though and did lose the one pound I had put on which was the only pound I had lost |

And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |
