First Week Complete - Feeling great !!! :)

Hello Everyone,

Hope all is well... I am feeling alot better now that I have gotten through the initial fog a couple days ago... I have lost a total of 8.8 pounds... Ahhhh... feels great... I have not felt this good since I did atkins the first time around... Lots of energy, so much so its been hard to sleep... Anyone ever have that problem... but I am starting to manage it alot better... Not drinking so much water before bed time...

Having a hard time keeping up with my calories and finding hard to eat some days because I feel full most of the time... any suggestions? My current BMR is 3,100 cals per day... I am eating about 2000 to 2500 cals per day... 65F - 30P - 5C and Drinking lots of water... about 96 ounces per day.

Well just wanted to update everyone because I had posted several posts when I wasn't doing well.... Thank you for your support...

Congrats on your weight loss on induction! ive also restarted this WOL after almost a year off plan, im on day 7 of my induction and plan to weigh myself on day 14.

Congrats on the weight loss.

I remember the last time I did Atkins I had trouble sleeping. Too much energy! But hey... I'm a busy person, I can definitely use more energy and more hours.
