| You know, in regards to the personal trainer incident... I met with one and we discussed my goals and hopes for the training sessions. I told her that I really wanted to be able to run a 5K. I wanted to be able to run four or five times a week, about three miles. That is what I want to do! She told me, "I will have you running a marathon!" Huh?

I went to the Netherlands once...(noticed that's where you are)...stayed in Wageningen, almost 12 years ago now...great trip. I also stayed in Amsterdam a few days, but the time in Wageningen was the best because I really got a sense of the lifestyle in that small town. Also met a young man from Groningen that I had been chatting with on the internet back in the EARLY EARLY days of internet chat. It's kinda a funny story...we chatted online, never in a million years expected to meet him in person, and then suddenly the opportunity arose to go to Wageningen to stay with a couple of friends (one of which was working on his PhD at the university). I had totally forgot this young man lived in the same country till I mentioned that I was going to be doing some traveling during one of our chats. We ended up spending several days together in Amsterdam...it was really a great trip. We lost touch over the years though. Thanks for the flashback...lol

Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |

| Hi everyone hope you all had a wonderful thursday the weather in the uk surely was lovely.I did an hour walk and enjoyed it.
