| Yes, our metabolic resistance might change as we age. Also our reactions to certain foods and food combinations might change. So when you restart Atkins after being off plan for a longer time, it's a whole new game than it was the first time around.

| Absolutely true. Ah, age. Look at the bright side, though. The plan still works great, it just might take a little longer to get there. I am trying to take it super slow this time and get it right so in a few years, I won't have to worry about this stuff. I will be forever on maintenance!
